Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your Mini Plush Toy Pocket Pet must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
